Second graders at UGES ended their life cycle unit with some fun activities! Students used noodles to represent the different stages in the butterfly’s life cycle, they used cheese dust to simulate pollination, and planted a few marigold seeds!

In the evening, we welcome parents and the community to hear from this year’s featured speaker, John Israel. John is a dynamic speaker and author known for his work in fostering gratitude and leadership. Through his message, he challenges individuals to embrace a mindset of appreciation and purpose, helping them unlock their full potential.
