Philosophy behind the purchases:
The Union Grove Elementary School District seeks partners in education and takes pride in the community support received. Part of the process is to have open purchasing practices. Therefore, all purchases over $10,000 need a minimum of three (3) vendors to quote on the purchase.
Contract(s) for the RFPs are listed within the individual RFP itself. RFP acceptance guidelines should be posted within each individual RFP request.
