Common Collaboration Times

  • Weekly Meetings
    All grade level teams should have time structured in the schedule in order to meet as a collaborative group at least once a week.  Please use this time to problem solve, plan and collaborate on student learning. Attachments for Weekly Meetings are on the Front Page of this website.
    • Ideas for establishing meeting norms.  You may want to write them on a document, post them in your meeting room, print them on the back of one of the data walls, any place where you will see them and remember to use them.
    • Forms for note taking at the weekly meeting.  Attached you will find two kinds of note forms. Please use the one that works best for your grade level or the type of meeting you have planned for that week.  Please have your note taker send a copy of the notes from your weekly meeting to Mr. Allen.
    • Weekly Meeting "Potential Objectives".  This is a list of items that your team should talk about each month.  It's not as intimidating as it looks since most things repeat themselves
